Terms of service

These terms are between you and Burntstik Media, of Strathmore, Alberta, Canada, operating as LeadsLeak. Using the site or requesting an audit means you accept them.

LeadsLeak audits a trades business across four dimensions: AI search visibility, mobile Call Now speed, local SEO and Google Business Profile consistency, and trust signals. We run live queries against AI assistants, measure your site, check your listings, and return a plain-English list of what we found and what we would fix first.

We describe what we observed and where your evidence differs from the businesses that were recommended. That is the product. The methodology page explains how, including its limits.

The automated scanner is not finished. During early access, audits are run by hand and returned within two business days. We say this plainly on the request page rather than implying an automated process that does not exist yet. When the automated version ships, these terms still apply to it.

We do not guarantee rankings, recommendations, leads, revenue or placement in any AI or search platform. Nobody honestly can. AI assistants and search engines change their behaviour without notice, and the same query can return different answers on different days. An audit is a measurement taken at a point in time, not a forecast.

Acting on our recommendations may improve how easily your business can be verified and cited. It may not. We cannot see inside any AI platform and we do not claim to.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the audit in question. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Submit accurate information about a business you own or are authorized to act for. Do not submit someone else's business to get a report on them. Do not use the service to attack, scrape or overload any third party, and do not resell reports as your own work without telling your client where they came from.

Automated or scripted submissions, attempts to bypass rate limits, and anything designed to run up our costs will get you cut off without a refund.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The Deep Audit is a one-time payment. Monitoring is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time. Refunds and cancellations are covered by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your report is yours. Use it, forward it to your web developer, act on it. You do not need our permission to do anything with your own audit.

The site, the audit framework, our written content and our scoring methodology are ours. Reports may contain publicly observable information about other businesses; that information is public, and how we present it is not.

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Your privacy rights and our retention schedule survive either.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Disputes go to the courts of Alberta.

If we change these terms we update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be emailed rather than quietly edited in.
